The ministry of music is a vital part of the Parkway Baptist Church experience. Those who worship with us know that praise and worship is not just a song service, but a moving encounter with the Almighty God. We enjoy a blend of both contemporary praise songs and the long loved hymns. Our desired goal is to usher in the presence of God with our Worship, and in so doing, prepare the hearts of the congregation to receive the Word of God into their lives.
Our Worship Leader Charlie Miller has been faithfully serving God at Parkway for over two years. He has been used of God not only in music, but also teaching, preaching and other aspects of ministry in Houston area churches for over thirty years. Charlie is always on the lookout for new and energetic choir members and musicians who are looking for a place to serve God with their talents. We pray that our paths may cross real soon at Parkway where we are striving to be a lighthouse for the community.
